Notice Regarding the Proposed Establishment of a Group Standard for “High-Purity Quartz Crucibles for Semiconductor Single-Crystal Silicon Production”

After formal review by the Secretariat of the Alliance Standards Committee, the following group standard projects are now open for public comment.
