The Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance organized its member companies to participate in the “Quality Management System Training and Sharing” conference.
On November 11, 2022, the online conference titled “Quality Management System Training and Sharing,” jointly organized by the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance and Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was successfully held. More than 300 representatives from member companies of the Alliance attended this training session. Integrated circuit manufacturing technology is highly sophisticated and its production processes are extremely complex—hundreds of process steps are required from the wafer substrate to the finished chip. Ensuring the performance and quality stability of materials used in production is one of the key measures for maintaining the yield rate of finished chips. It is hoped that through this Quality Management System Training and Sharing Conference, integrated circuit materials enterprises will enhance their quality control capabilities and management systems, thereby better serving the integrated circuit manufacturing industry. Shi Ying, Secretary-General of the Alliance, attended the conference. Chen Weiyong, Quality Manager of the Quality Management Department at Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; Li Tengfei, Laboratory Supervisor; and Yang Yue, Quality Supervisor, served as the trainers for this session.
Secretary-General Shi Ying first extended a warm welcome to the representatives from all participating companies and expressed gratitude to the trainers from Anji Microelectronics. The Materials Alliance places great importance on enhancing suppliers’ quality management capabilities and annually organizes an assessment team to conduct preliminary supplier evaluations of its member enterprises. To help companies deepen their understanding of quality standards in the integrated circuit industry and improve their quality management practices, the Alliance Secretariat has engaged in thorough communication and preparation with experts from Anji Microelectronics specializing in quality management, addressing issues identified during the preliminary assessments. Together, we are hosting this training session today. We hope that today’s training and knowledge-sharing will play a positive role in helping materials companies enhance their quality management practices.
