2021 Semiconductor Lithography Materials Industry Data Statistics Report


This report is based on China’s semiconductor lithography materials industry and uses data from 2021 to analyze and forecast the industry’s development from various perspectives, including industry size, R&D and industrial development investment, patent status, workforce characteristics, and the current technological level and application status of key lithography materials. The report was completed in June 2022.
