Good News | Kaisheng Company’s 30,000-ton/year PPT-grade electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid capacity expansion and technological upgrade project has been successfully commissioned.

Recently, the 30,000-ton-per-year PPT-grade electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid expansion facility of Zhejiang Kaisheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongjuxin, was successfully put into operation and began trial runs after feedstock introduction.

Relying on the company’s more than 10 years of robust technological expertise and professional management experience, the newly expanded PPT-grade electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid plant with a capacity of 30,000 tons per year has now gone into operation. Within just one week of start-up, the hydrofluoric acid produced has already reached G5 grade, marking the company’s increasingly mature production technology and establishing it as a leading domestic manufacturer of G5-grade electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid.

Zhongjuxin specializes in the field of electronic chemical materials. After years of dedicated development, it has established three major business segments: electronic wet chemicals, specialty electronic gases, and precursor materials. Kaisheng Company has become one of the leading domestic enterprises engaged in the large-scale production of electronic wet chemicals. Among these, its electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid has been recognized as a five-star product by the China Integrated Circuit Materials Innovation Alliance, with product quality reaching the advanced domestic level in its category. The company was awarded the Technology Innovation Award at the 4th “IC Innovation Awards” presented by the China Integrated Circuit Innovation Alliance and has been certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology as having “internationally advanced technological capabilities and breaking international monopolies.”

The 30,000-ton-per-year PPT-grade electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid plant has successfully completed its feed-in and commissioning. This will further expand the company’s production capacity, enhance its ability to ensure supply, and create greater value for customers. Zhongjuxin will take this as a new starting point and continue to provide solid material support for the vigorous development of China’s integrated circuit industry.
