Notice on Public Solicitation of Observers for the Alliance Standardization Committee

To all relevant units:

The Secretariat of the Standardization Committee of the Zhongguancun Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance Standardization Committee) is now publicly soliciting observers from across the country. Specific details are as follows:

I. Scope of Solicitation

We are soliciting observers—no limit on the number—from enterprises and institutions, research institutes, testing organizations, higher education institutions, end-users, certification bodies, and other entities active in the field of integrated circuit materials. Units whose current members serve on the Alliance’s Standards Committee are excluded from this call for observers.

II. Observer Qualifications, Rights, and Obligations

Implemented in accordance with Articles 19 through 23 of the Alliance Standards Committee’s Charter; specific details are provided in Attachment 1.

III. Submission of Application Materials

To apply to become an observer, you should complete the “Registration Form for Members (Observers) of the Standards Committee” (see Appendix 2). The form must be signed with comments by the head of your organization and bear the official seal of your organization. Submit the completed form to the Secretariat, which will then carry out the selection process.
