Notice on Soliciting Comments on the Group Standard

To all relevant organizations and individuals:

According to the drafting and revision plan of the “Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance Standards Committee,” the draft versions of three standards—“Classification and Definition of Maturity Levels for Integrated Circuit Materials Products,” “Classification of Integrated Circuit Materials Products,” and “General Specifications for Special Gases Used in Integrated Circuits”—have been completed. We are now soliciting public comments on these standards. All relevant organizations and individuals are requested to submit their feedback via email to our organization by May 10, 2022. The format of the feedback is flexible, but the content must clearly articulate your views. Failure to respond by the deadline will be deemed as no objection.
