Announcement of the release of two group standards: Alliance T/ICMTIA 1-2019 and T/ICMTIA 2-2019

　　In accordance with the “Regulations on the Management of Group Standards” and the “Standard Development Procedures of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance,” and following review and approval by the Alliance Standards Committee, the following two group standards are hereby approved for publication:

　　T/ICMTIA 1-2019 "Basic Specifications for Gases of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance"

　　T/ICMTIA 2-2019 "Hydrogen Peroxide for Integrated Circuits"

　　The above standards were released on April 17, 2019, and came into effect on October 10, 2019. This is hereby announced.
