On August 16, 2018, Shi Ying, Secretary-General of the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Integrated Circuit Materials and Components Industry (hereinafter referred to as the “Alliance”), conducted a research visit to Cobetter Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. of Hangzhou, a member unit of the Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “Cobetter”). 　　Director Luo Jinwen introduced Secretary-General Shi Ying to the company’s development history and current status, and reported on Cobetter’s marketing efforts in the semiconductor filtration market. Cobetter’s products have already been adopted by companies such as TSMC, INTEL, GF, and SMIC. Accompanied by technical personnel including Director Yu Xiaopeng, Technical Director of Semiconductor Application Technology, Secretary-General Shi Ying toured Cobetter’s production workshop and the CNAS (ISO17025)-accredited R&D laboratory. During the tour, Director Yu provided Secretary-General Shi Ying with a detailed explanation of the production processes for filter cartridges and filter membranes, showcasing Cobetter’s advanced production management model as well as its outstanding technological capabilities and innovative strength.

　　Subsequently, Secretary-General Shi Ying and relevant personnel, including Zhang Yingmin, General Manager of Cobetter, engaged in an in-depth discussion on “The Application and Development Trends of Fine Filtration Technology in the IC Industry.” Secretary-General Shi Ying highly praised Cobetter’s innovative capabilities, including its independent R&D expertise in semiconductor filtration materials such as 2nm HAPES and 7nm PTFE, its comprehensive, ultra-pure PFA product technology spanning the entire industrial chain, and its world-class, ultra-high-asymmetry PES filtration membrane technology. She expressed great appreciation for Cobetter’s contributions to breaking the monopoly held by foreign brands and accelerating the localization process. At the same time, she provided support and guidance to Cobetter regarding its future strategic direction of attracting global technical talent to the semiconductor industry and achieving breakthroughs in cutting-edge global technologies.
