Starting from the evening of March 27, Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Anji Tech”) swiftly responded to Shanghai’s epidemic prevention and control measures, carefully deploying response efforts, urgently recalling relevant staff, and implementing closed-loop management at its production base located in the Pudong Jinqiao Comprehensive Bonded Zone, thereby ensuring continuous production and supply. Adhering to the “Three Guarantees” principle—“guaranteeing production, guaranteeing supply and logistics, and guaranteeing employee safety”—Anji Tech, through the concerted and unwavering efforts of all its employees, overcame numerous challenges by the evening of April 4, ensuring uninterrupted production and smoothly delivering products to customers. During this period, Anji Tech actively procured and prepared care packages for its employees, which have now been successfully delivered to colleagues residing in the Pudong New Area. Meanwhile, employees across all departments of Anji Tech took advantage of the closed-loop management and work-from-home arrangements to actively engage in practice, learning, and knowledge-sharing activities. All related tasks were carried out in an orderly and diligent manner, without any slackening.

Starting from the evening of March 27, after the relevant colleagues had assembled at the Jinqiao production base, closed-loop management was officially initiated. To ensure continuous production and stable supply of products to customers, from the early hours of March 28, colleagues from all functional departments were already busy at their respective workstations, meticulously attending to every step without any slack, repeating the process in an orderly and systematic manner.
Under Shanghai’s epidemic prevention measures, product transportation faces numerous checkpoints. Whether importing goods from the Comprehensive Bonded Zone or shipping them from Shanghai to other provinces and cities, a special travel permit is required—and each driver must have a separate permit for each vehicle. To ensure smooth transportation of supplies, colleagues from Anji Technology’s Administrative & Public Relations Department took the lead, working closely with internal logistics, sales, and other departments, while maintaining constant communication with government agencies and customers. Every step was meticulously coordinated, enabling us to promptly obtain all necessary permits. Throughout this process, customers across various regions enthusiastically extended their support, assisting the company in obtaining travel permits and actively cooperating with transportation and delivery. They seamlessly collaborated with the company, ultimately ensuring the smooth completion of cargo shipments and timely delivery to customers everywhere, thus guaranteeing an uninterrupted supply chain.

Focusing on employees’ material needs, the care packages are delivered promptly.

During the closed-loop management period, ensuring employees' daily living supplies became the company's top priority. After receiving the assignment on the evening of March 31, colleagues from the Human Resources Department immediately divided into four teams: an information-gathering team, a goods-supply team, a logistics-delivery team, and a service-tracking team. The information-gathering team swiftly collected data on employees' living conditions and their supply needs, while the goods-supply team proactively contacted suppliers to place orders as quickly as possible, guaranteeing an adequate supply of essential items.
During the pandemic, delivery resources became the biggest challenge, and logistics capacity was extremely tight. To ensure that the care packages were accurately delivered to each colleague’s home, the logistics team worked closely with couriers, tracking each delivery meticulously. The company’s care and love for its employees ultimately moved every courier, who stepped up their efforts by rushing deliveries and even working late into the night. The service-tracking team continued to monitor the deliveries, ensuring that each colleague’s care package was safely delivered.

From April 1 to April 2, the first batch of caring support was delivered to the families of colleagues under closed-loop production management, while hot meal boxes and medications were delivered to colleagues staying at the Yangguang Apartment dormitory.

From April 2 to April 4, the second batch of caring packages was delivered to the homes of colleagues across Pudong New Area. The swift completion—within just four days—of procuring and delivering care packages to all Pudong-based colleagues would not have been possible without the dedication and contributions of our colleagues from Anji Technology’s administration, human resources, and logistics teams.

Under the premise of making reasonable arrangements to avoid excessive gatherings and ensuring that all protective measures were fully implemented, they efficiently completed these training sessions. Colleagues working from home also remained diligent, making full use of online resources and the learning materials provided by the company. They actively practiced, learned, and shared knowledge, while fully complying with and supporting various epidemic prevention policies and striving to enhance their own capabilities.
