To promote the localization of ultra-high-precision filtration equipment, Hangzhou Dali held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new base.

On March 22, the groundbreaking ceremony for the industrial upgrade project of Hangzhou Dali Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 10 million sets of filtration systems annually, was officially held in the Xindeng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hangzhou. Attending the ceremony were He Tinghang, member of the Xindeng Town Party Committee; Wu Fangzhao, director of the Regional Development Office; He Xiaoteng, chairman of the company; Zhang Chenglin, general manager, along with other management personnel and employee representatives.

The total investment for this project is 370 million yuan, with a total construction area of 77,500 square meters. This includes 70 million yuan for the purchase and installation of R&D equipment and 40 million yuan for basic R&D consumables. The project is expected to be officially completed in April 2024.

The integrated circuit manufacturing industry requires ultra-high-precision filtration processes. In the past, filtration equipment relied heavily on imports, resulting in high prices and long product delivery cycles. Today, based on a careful assessment of the domestic microelectronics market demand and the substantial expansion needs of wafer, display panel, and new-energy manufacturers, localizing the production of filtration equipment has become an urgent need for semiconductor industry professionals.

Hangzhou Dali Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of filter cartridges, filters, and filtration systems. Our products are widely used in filtration and separation applications across various industries, including microelectronics, life sciences, food and beverage, and energy & chemical processing. In particular, in the microelectronics industry, Dali is a key supplier of filtration products for the manufacturing of display panels, wafers, and chips, as well as for lithium-battery production.

Dali boasts comprehensive manufacturing capabilities across the entire filtration and separation industry chain, as well as a global distribution network. The company currently employs over 530 people, including more than 100 engineering and technical personnel. Its products are exported to 100 countries and serve 3,000 customers. Dali has a subsidiary in the United States, collaborative partners in Europe and Dubai, sales subsidiaries in Wuhan and Zhengzhou, and offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu.

Upholding its corporate mission of “continuously providing customers with more valuable filtration solutions,” the groundbreaking ceremony for the “10-million-unit-per-year filtration system industry upgrade” project marks an important milestone in the company’s development journey. Upon completion, this project will significantly enhance product delivery capabilities, help customers optimize their manufacturing processes, and accelerate production.
