Changdian Technology’s subsidiary, Changdian Advanced, and StarCore GoldPeng Korea Co., Ltd. have both been awarded the “2020 TI Outstanding Supplier Award.”

Recently, Changdian Technology’s subsidiary, Jiangyin Changdian Advanced Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changdian Advanced”), together with Starkey Kimpo Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SCK”), was awarded the “2020 TI Outstanding Supplier Award” by Texas Instruments, in recognition of their outstanding capabilities in integrated circuit final manufacturing and technical services.

The “TI Outstanding Supplier Award” is the highest honor bestowed by Texas Instruments on exceptional suppliers worldwide. The selection criteria encompass multiple dimensions, including cost-control capabilities, environmental and social responsibility, technological innovation capacity, rapid responsiveness, supply assurance, and product quality. In 2020, Texas Instruments conducted business with over 12,000 suppliers; among them, Changdian Advanced and SK Hynix Korea Ltd. have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance, earning their place as trusted and outstanding partners of Texas Instruments.

As the flagship factory for wafer-level products at Changdian Technology, Changdian Advanced possesses globally leading R&D and production capabilities in advanced wafer-level packaging technologies, including high-density fan-out processes and 2.5D high-density wafer-level packaging.

The SCK plant of ChangElectronics Technology, located in South Korea, focuses on the R&D and mass production of world-class, high-density packaging technologies. The plant is deeply focused on application markets such as 5G communications, computing, industrial electronics, and consumer electronics, and will continue to expand and innovate to better serve these specialized segments.
