The second-phase project of Xingfu Electronic-Grade Sulfuric Acid in Hubei has been officially completed and put into operation!

On February 27, the second-phase project of Xingfu Electronic-Grade Sulfuric Acid in Hubei was officially completed and put into operation. This marks that Hubei Xingfu has fully mastered the core technologies for producing high-end electronic-grade sulfuric acid and has achieved a new breakthrough in addressing critical technical challenges related to key electronic chemicals used in chip manufacturing. It is expected that by the end of March, the product quality will reach SEMI-C12 standards, with a production capacity of 20,000 tons. By the end of 2021, the production capacity will increase to 40,000 tons; by the end of 2022, it will reach 60,000 tons; and by the end of 2023, it will hit 100,000 tons.
