“Five-Star Products” and “Technological Breakthroughs”—Pairet Gas Wins Both Awards at the Inaugural IC Materials Awards Ceremony

From September 14 to 16, Hefei, Anhui Province, grandly hosted the “2020 China Semiconductor Materials Innovation and Development Conference.” At the conference, three products from Zhongchuan Heavy Industry (Handan) Pairui Special Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Pairui Special Gas) were awarded both the “Five-Star Product” and “Technological Breakthrough” honors, earning wide recognition from both the industry and customers.

The “2020 China Semiconductor Materials Innovation and Development Conference,” which brought together nearly 600 Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs, experts, and scholars from fields including integrated circuit manufacturing, packaging and testing, key materials, and equipment manufacturing, centered on the theme “New Situation, New Challenges, New Breakthroughs.” The conference explored how to respond to global technological and market changes, strengthen supply-chain collaboration, enhance enterprise competitiveness, and pursue innovative development. The atmosphere at the conference venue was vibrant and enthusiastic.

The conference also held the inaugural IC Materials Awards ceremony. This year’s awards featured six categories: “Technology Breakthrough Award,” “Rising Star Enterprise Award,” “Best Collaboration Award,” “Best Contribution Award,” “Best Growth Award,” and “Five-Star Product.” These awards aim to encourage technological innovation among integrated circuit materials companies, accelerate the commercialization of innovative achievements, and strengthen collaborative development and close cooperation across the upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain.

At the inaugural IC Materials Awards ceremony held during the conference, three key products from Piret Gas—nitrogen trifluoride and tungsten hexafluoride—were awarded the “Five-Star Product Award”; meanwhile, the process for producing ultra-high-purity hydrogen fluoride for integrated circuits was honored with the “Technological Breakthrough Award.” Since these products entered mass production, they have successfully obtained numerous industry certifications and have been integrated into the supply chains of mainstream customers, earning widespread market recognition. This award not only acknowledges Piret Gas’s innovative capabilities and remarkable achievements but also serves as a strong incentive for the company to continue pushing forward.
