Jiangfeng Electronics has been awarded the Zhejiang Province Patent Gold Award and listed among the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

On April 21, at the launch ceremony of the 2020 Zhejiang Province “April 26” Intellectual Property Promotion Week held in Hangzhou, the awarding ceremony for the 2019 Zhejiang Province Patent Awards was held. Jiangfeng Electronics’ invention patent, “A Manufacturing Method for Tantalum Targets,” won the Gold Award for Patents in Zhejiang Province. According to the selection criteria for the Zhejiang Province Patent Awards, invention patents awarded the Gold Prize must have achieved significant breakthroughs in addressing common and critical technical challenges in their respective fields and must have played a major role in advancing technological progress and optimizing and upgrading industrial structures in those fields. The invention patent “A Manufacturing Method for Tantalum Targets,” independently developed by Jiangfeng Electronics, fills a domestic gap in the manufacturing of tantalum targets and represents a major breakthrough in the field of semiconductor materials.
On the same day, Zhejiang Province released for the first time its Top 100 Creative Enterprises, with the number of valid invention patents held by enterprises serving as the primary indicator. Jiangfeng Electronics made the list successfully, ranking 20th thanks to its 208 invention patents. Since 2009, Jiangfeng Electronics has been actively building its intellectual property system and now possesses complete, independently owned intellectual property rights covering the entire process—from raw materials such as Al, Ti, Cu, and Ta to sputtering targets. In 2019, Jiangfeng Electronics ranked 74th on the list of China’s Top 500 Patent-owning Enterprises.
