Suzhou Jingrui Chemical Co., Ltd. has won the 3rd “IC Innovation Award.”

On May 16, the 2020 Integrated Circuit Industry Chain Collaborative Innovation and Development Exchange Conference, organized by the China Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, was held simultaneously in Beijing and Shanghai. The conference featured discussions on the current status and future prospects of the integrated circuit industry, as well as recommendations on relevant industrial policies.
As an important part of this conference, the conference awarded the third “IC Innovation Award” of the China Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Alliance to recognize organizations that have achieved significant breakthroughs in technological innovation and the development of key technologies in the integrated circuit field. Suzhou Jingrui Chemical Co., Ltd.’s “Hydrogen Peroxide for Ultra-Large-Scale Integrated Circuits” project won the “Technology Innovation Award.”
In the citation read by the host, it was highlighted that Suzhou Jingrui Chemical Co., Ltd.’s “hydrogen peroxide for ultra-large-scale integrated circuits” has achieved domestic production for the first time and is now being widely adopted in China’s advanced integrated circuit manufacturing. Furthermore, the company, in collaboration with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, jointly formulated and promulgated China’s first product standard for hydrogen peroxide used in integrated circuits. This achievement holds exemplary significance for fostering independent innovation and coordinated development within the integrated circuit materials supply chain. In 2019, the company won a landmark intellectual property lawsuit against the world’s largest hydrogen peroxide manufacturer, thus making a valuable contribution to the protection of intellectual property rights in China’s integrated circuit industry.
