The nation’s largest semiconductor quartz project, with an annual output of 6,000 tons, has officially begun production.

Recently, Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co., Ltd. announced its “annual production capacity of...” 6000 The “Ton of Semiconductor Quartz Products” project has officially begun production.

It is understood that the project plans to invest... 5.84 Hundreds of millions of yuan have been invested, covering the purchase and customization of equipment and instruments—including continuous melting, dehydroxylation, tube expansion, and other processes—as well as the construction of a new tube-manufacturing building, a precision-processing workshop, a semiconductor workshop, and supporting infrastructure such as a substation and a hydrogen-generation station. The facility will primarily produce high-purity quartz tubes, rods, cylinders, plates, flanges, and other products for use in optical fibers and semiconductor applications. Upon completion, it will become the largest domestic production base for premium-quality quartz products, achieving— 6000 Tons of semiconductor quartz product production capacity.

Annual average sales revenue after the project reaches full capacity 6.46 100 million yuan, net profit 1.4 100 million yuan, average annual tax payment 7900 RMB 10,000. The commissioning of this project will leverage Shiqing Shares’ advantages in the purification of high-purity quartz sand and its continuous melting technology, further boosting the production capacity of Shiqing Shares’ semiconductor quartz products and accelerating the R&D of high-purity quartz sand as well as its market promotion in the semiconductor quartz sector.
