To ensure a smooth transition between the new and old systems, we have decided to revoke two regulations, including the "Regulations on Anti-Price Monopoly," as well as two normative documents, including the "Decision of the National Development and Reform Commission on Authorizing Enforcement Actions against Price Monopoly."

This decision takes effect from 2019. Effective September 1.
