Announcement No. 13 of 2018 by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China, and the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China

To implement the “Notice of the State Council on Issuing Several Policies to Further Encourage the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry” (Guofa [2011] No. …) [No. 4], to implement the current preferential tax policies for imported goods applicable to integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises, and following verification, we hereby announce the list of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises whose linewidth is less than 0.25 microns or whose investment exceeds 8 billion yuan, as well as those with a linewidth of 0.5 microns or less (inclusive) (see attachment for details). For enterprises already on the list, the existing policies will continue to apply; for enterprises that have changed their names, the policies will remain in effect from the date of the name change; and for newly added enterprises, the policies will take effect from the date of this announcement. Wuxi CR Microelectronics Co., Ltd. will no longer be subject to these policies effective from the date of its deregistration.

　　If the list of enterprises eligible for the import tax preferential policies for integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises previously announced in relevant policy documents differs from the list provided in this notice, this notice shall prevail. Based on the development status of the industry and changes in enterprise circumstances, the list of eligible enterprises will be adjusted and announced in a timely manner.
