To coordinate the development of domestic and foreign trade and proactively respond to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we hereby announce the following matters:

　　Since 2020 Starting April 15, the pilot program for selective collection of tariffs on domestic sales, as stipulated in the “Notice from the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation on Expanding the Pilot Program for Selective Collection of Tariffs on Domestic Sales” (Cai Guan Shui [2016] No. 40), will be extended to cover all comprehensive bonded zones.
