At 6 p.m. on March 31, with the loading of the last batch of sputtering targets completed, Jiangfeng Electronics successfully wrapped up its March shipment target. According to the latest data compiled by the Manufacturing Center, March saw the first-ever monthly production volume of sputtering targets exceeding 10,000 units, marking new all-time highs for both monthly production and monthly shipments.
During the extended Spring Festival holiday and amid a sudden outbreak of the epidemic, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government earnestly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on coordinating COVID-19 prevention and control with economic and social development. They adopted targeted measures and coordinated efforts to ensure both effective epidemic control and the resumption of production. Leaders at all levels from Ningbo and Yuyao in Zhejiang visited our company numerous times to learn about the progress of resuming work and production, listened carefully to our suggestions and opinions, and provided guidance and assistance in resolving the difficulties and challenges we faced during the resumption process. In this challenging period marked by numerous significant obstacles, under the strong leadership of the Party and the government, Jiangfeng Electronics turned crisis into opportunity and bucked the trend, pressing the “accelerator” for the resumption of work and production.

The impressive achievements attained in March are the result of the concerted efforts and unwavering unity of all Jiangfeng employees. As a core supplier of materials for the integrated circuit chip industry, Jiangfeng Electronics—from its senior management to frontline workers—every single Jiangfeng employee clearly understands the company’s role and position within the industrial chain. This profound and clear self-awareness has fostered a strong sense of responsibility and mission among Jiangfeng employees, enabling each one to feel the weight of their responsibilities on their shoulders. Faced with difficulties and challenges, Jiangfeng employees not only possess the courage to fight but also have the methods and capabilities to ensure victory. To safeguard the safety of all employees, the company promptly established a COVID-19 prevention and control command center, proactively planning and arranging various measures. A team of Party members and key personnel was assembled to form an epidemic-fighting vanguard squad, and essential anti-epidemic supplies such as masks, thermometers, and disinfectants were procured well in advance. Daily disinfection operations were carried out across the entire company premises. After fully resuming production, Jiangfeng simultaneously focused on both epidemic prevention and production. All employees wear masks, undergo temperature checks upon entering the factory, undergo regular disinfection at designated times and locations, eat in staggered shifts, large-scale meetings have been canceled, leaders remain steadfastly at their posts, office staff provide support on the front lines, raw material reserves have been increased, and dedicated vehicles have been arranged for deliveries—all these measures have proven precise and effective. Production has resumed at a tight yet orderly pace, with shipment volumes repeatedly hitting new highs, while achieving zero infections among employees. The battle waged by Jiangfeng employees to combat the epidemic and maintain production has thus achieved a milestone victory.
