The domestic special gas industry development seminar was successfully held.

On July 13, 2015, a seminar on the development of China’s specialty gas industry—titled “How Domestic Gas and Materials Enterprises Can Rapidly Grow Stronger Through Mergers, Reorganizations, and Other Integration Strategies”—was successfully held at Guizhou Weidun Jinglin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. The seminar was chaired by Ms. Shi Ying, Secretary-General of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (referred to as the “Materials Alliance”). More than 20 experts from domestic companies engaged in the specialty gas industry attended the meeting. During the seminar, Director Sun Dejun from the Investment Department of Nanjing University Optoelectronics in Jiangsu first presented an overview of the current status of domestic and international enterprises in the specialty gas industry, based on thorough prior industry research.

During the seminar, Director Sun Dejun from the Investment Department of Nanjing University Optoelectronics in Jiangsu first presented an overview of the current status of domestic and international companies in the specialty gas industry, based on thorough preliminary industry research. He then introduced explorations into domestic cooperation models for the specialty gas industry and proposed a preliminary strategy for the development of China’s specialty gas sector. Following his presentation, the attending experts engaged in extensive exchanges and lively discussions centered around this proposed strategy. This meeting has opened up new avenues for the development of China’s specialty gas industry. The experts who attended fully recognized the significance of the conference and expressed their commitment to continuing their work afterward, conducting in-depth assessments of the feasibility of mergers and acquisitions within the domestic specialty gas industry.

After the meeting, the participating experts visited the electronic chemicals production line of Guizhou Weidun Jinglin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. The company’s rigorously standardized 6S management system at the production site left a deep impression on the visitors.

The organizations participating in this seminar include the Materials Alliance, the 718th Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Guangming Chemical Research & Design Institute, Liming Chemical Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd., Lüling Electronic Materials (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Dalian Bonded Zone KeliDe Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Weidun Jingphospho Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., among others.
