From March 18 to 20, 2014, the annual semiconductor industry event, SemiconChina 2014, was held in Shanghai. At this international trade show, the Materials Alliance collaborated with SEMI to set up a “Special Zone for the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance,” organizing member companies of the Alliance to participate and exchange ideas in a concentrated manner.
