middle Guan Village Relevant officials from the customs administration provided a detailed explanation of the innovative customs policies designed to promote the development of the integrated circuit industry. These policies include bonded processing and policy advantages for the integrated circuit sector, regulatory requirements for bonded enterprises, policy breakthroughs in implementing bonded processing specifically for the integrated circuit industry, and customs policies centered around electronic manifest systems. They also shared updates on the progress of Beijing Sibike Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a pilot enterprise under the customs policy program. Representatives from participating companies actively discussed with the customs authorities their policy needs related to import and export as well as the challenges they face during business development. In turn, the customs authorities provided thorough responses to the companies’ requests and questions, offering practical advice and guidance.

Through this symposium, on the one hand, enterprises can gain a comprehensive understanding and mastery of relevant customs policies, enabling them to better benefit from the new customs regulations and financial services. On the other hand, by surveying enterprises’ needs and suggestions regarding import and export preferential policies, customs operations, and finance-related matters, the symposium provides a solid basis for the Management Committee and the Zhongguancun Customs to further study and formulate relevant policies and measures.

This symposium was organized by the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance at the request of the Industry Division of the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee. Secretary-General Shi Ying of the Alliance attended the symposium. ( Briefing on the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry
