Member units of the Materials and Components Alliance will participate in SEMICON China 2018.

　　From March 14 to 16, 2018, SEMICON China 2018—the world’s largest annual event in the semiconductor industry—was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. In collaboration with SEMI China, the Materials and Components Alliance set up a “Special Zone for the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Alliance” in Hall N5, the main exhibition area for integrated circuits. 　　During the exhibition, Ms. Shi Ying, Secretary-General of the Alliance, accompanied Mr. Qiu Gang, Deputy Inspector of the Major Special Projects Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Deputy Director of the Implementation and Management Office for Project 02, as they visited the booths of various companies in the Materials Alliance’s dedicated zone and listened to detailed briefings from representatives of each enterprise.

　　For several years in a row, the Materials and Components Alliance has set up a “Special Zone for the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Alliance” during SEMICONChina. The establishment of this special zone not only enables upstream and downstream customers in the industrial chain to gain a comprehensive understanding and grasp of domestic integrated circuit materials enterprises, but also highlights the overall strengths and vigorous development momentum of the integrated circuit industry. Moreover, it plays a positive role in facilitating communication among its member companies and has received wide recognition from the alliance’s members. During SEMICONChina 2019, the Materials and Components Alliance will continue to set up the “Special Zone for the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Alliance.”
