SMIC Establishes Regional Headquarters of Multinational Corporation in Shanghai

On December 9, SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, NYSE stock code: SMI; HKEX stock code: 981), China’s largest and most technologically advanced integrated circuit foundry, announced the establishment of SMIC Holdings Co., Ltd.
