Acceptance of the Industrial Expansion and Upgrade Project for Anji Microelectronics’ CMP Polishing Materials for Integrated Circuits

The “Industrial Expansion and Upgrade Project for CMP Polishing Materials for Integrated Circuits” was established with investment from Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It has received approval from the Environmental Protection and Urban Appearance & Sanitation Administration of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, in the form of “Approval Opinion on the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Industrial Expansion and Upgrade Project of CMP Polishing Materials for Integrated Circuits” (Hu Pu Huan Bao Xu Ping [2014] No. 28). The project went into operation in May 2014. In accordance with national and municipal laws and regulations, we are now releasing information to the public prior to the completion and acceptance inspection.
