Cao Jianlin stated that in the future, the focus will be on coordinating the alliance’s technological resources. In areas such as internet applications, information system integration, complete electronic product manufacturing, integrated circuit design, integrated circuit manufacturing, integrated circuit packaging and testing, integrated circuit equipment, materials, and components, capable organizations will be encouraged to open up their resources on a cooperative basis, establishing specialized public technology platforms. Together, they will tackle key technologies along the integrated circuit industry chain, develop major innovative products, and accelerate the enhancement of China’s core competitiveness in the integrated circuit industry chain. At the same time, research will be conducted on the technological and industrial development strategies for the integrated circuit industry, providing decision-making support for the nation in formulating plans for technological and industrial development. From a national strategic perspective, we will promote the leapfrog development of the integrated circuit industry, achieving integrated approaches to layout, innovation, and cooperation.
