Wei Zhang, professor and doctoral tutor, is currently deputy dean of the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University. Engaged in the research of very large scale integrated circuit technology, semiconductor materials and microelectronic devices. A series of innovative achievements have been made in the research of advanced copper interconnection technology for extremely large scale integrated circuits, atomic layer deposition process, and new memories.
