 Wei Zhang, professor and doctoral tutor, is currently deputy dean of the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University. Engaged in the research of very large scale integrated circuit technology, semiconductor materials and microelectronic devices. A series of innovative achievements have been made in the research of advanced copper interconnection technology for extremely large scale integrated circuits, atomic layer deposition process, and new memories. Member of the Academic Committee of Fudan University, expert of the overall group of the National Major Project (Special Project 02), expert of the National Science and Technology Award Review, expert of the Shanghai Strategic Emerging Industry Promotion Working Group, National Natural Science Foundation of China-Chinese Academy of Sciences "Discipline Development Strategy Research Working Group Expert, Chinese Academy of Engineering-Shanghai Municipal Government" Yangtze River Delta Integrated Circuit Industry Development Strategy Research "expert group expert.
