Rong Sun Branch Committee

　Dr. Rong Sun graduated from the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and joined the Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006 and was responsible for the establishment of the Advanced Materials Research Center. He is currently the deputy director of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Integration Technology and the executive director of the Advanced Materials Research Center. His main research directions include advanced electronic packaging materials, embedded electronic devices, the preparation of structure (size, shape, surface chemical state) controllable nanomaterials, phase change materials, energy storage materials and other fields. Researcher Sun Rong is a well-known expert in the field of electronic packaging materials. In recent years, he has participated as a project host or core team member in the National Major Science and Technology Special Project 02, the National Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Cooperation Project, and the Technology Department of Guangdong Province More than 20 national and provincial science and technology projects including development projects and major basic research and industrial applications in Shenzhen. He has published more than 100 papers in authoritative academic journals at home and abroad, and applied for more than 70 invention patents. Approved by the State Council in 2010 as a special allowance from the State Council, he was selected as a “Shenzhen Double Hundred Talents Program” and a high-level leader in Shenzhen.
