Chongying Xu

Chongying Xu，Ph.D. in Chemistry, is Vice President of Jiangsu Nata Opto-Electronic Material Co., Ltd. Since 1992, he has been working on R&D and commercialization of a variety of high purity electronic materials, such as, CVD/ALD precursors, specialty electronic gases. Prior to his current job at Nata, he held Senior Chemist, R&D Manager and Advisory Technologist positions at ATMI .

  Dr. Chongying Xu has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers and held 108 issued US patents. He received the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award in 2002.
