In January 2023, ICMtia was selected into the application demonstration project of "Sputtering targets and high-purity metal Purification Technology for integrated circuits", which is of great significance for improving the industrial capacity of high-end sputtering targets and high-purity raw materials, and accelerating the domestic mass production and application of target materials.
