Jingrui pointed out that Nantong Yangheng Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, is building a 90,000-ton high-purity sulfuric acid project for VLSI semiconductors. construction. After reaching the production capacity of 90,000 tons, the holding subsidiary Nantong Yangheng Chemical is expected to become the largest production base of G5 semiconductor high-purity sulfuric acid in China.
It is reported that at present, Jingrui has obtained bulk purchases of high-purity sulfuric acid from some mainstream customers, and the certification and testing of the remaining mainstream customers are being carried out in an orderly manner.
