On March 19, 2021, the Standards Committee of the Integrated Circuit Material Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "ICMtia Standard Committee") held a committee re-election and the establishment of the CSTM/FC51 Integrated Circuit Material Standardization Technical Committee in Shanghai.
The meeting was presided over by Bing Liu, Executive Director of the ICMtia Standards Committee. Bing Liu first reported on the transition of the Standards Committee of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, and the Deputy Secretary of the Electronic Materials Field Committee (CSTM/FC51) of the China Material and Testing Organization Standards Committee Chairman Lina Liu introduced the CSTM construction background, CSTM/FC51 work introduction, and CSTM/FC51 key tasks. Finally, Shumin Wang, the vice chairman of the Integrated Circuit Material Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, issued a committee certificate and a congratulatory speech to the new members of the Standards Committee.

The new Standards Committee of the Material Alliance and the CSTM/FC51 Integrated Circuit Materials Standardization Technical Committee are chaired by Ying Shi, Bing Liu is the executive director, and Lijun Yao, Cheng Ding, and Youzhi Xu are the deputy directors. The members of the Standards Committee reviewed and approved the work management rules of the ICMtia Standards Committee, the planning outline of the standardization system, and the numbering rules of the group standards.

During the meeting, the Process Chemicals Working Group reviewed the drafts for soliciting comments on the two group standards "Hydrofluoric Acid for Integrated Circuits" and "Nitric Acid for Integrated Circuits" drafted by GrandiT Technology Co., Ltd. The working group carefully listened to the report of the standard preparation group, reviewed the relevant materials, and carried out strict and detailed review and discussion on the standard drafts item by item, and put forward many feasible amendments.
