Since obtaining the national major project support in 2010, Kempur has started the research and development of 248nm photoresist products and process technology based on the preliminary work, and built a 248nm photoresist production line and 248nm photoresist analysis test and application test platform. In the next 2 years, Kempur worked closely with domestic high-end integrated circuit customers. After continuous product testing, formulation and process optimization, it finally completed the verification and customer audit at the SMIC client in December 2014 And obtained a commercial order.
