CIF Invests in Polysilicon

    GCL-Poly (03800) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Zhongneng and the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund (CIF) entered into a joint venture agreement. The two parties agreed to establish a joint venture company to build, develop, produce and sell semiconductor-grade polysilicon and other in China Production facilities for semiconductor raw materials and electrochemical products.
