On December 12, 015, China Resources Microelectronics Co., Ltd. ("China Resources Microelectronics"), the subsidiary of China Resources Semico Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., packaged and tested the second phase of the project to hold the groundbreaking ceremony in Baolong Industrial Zone, Longgang, Shenzhen. The project is expected to be completed in August 2016, with a planned monthly capacity of 100 million for packaging and testing. Zhu Jinkun, deputy general manager of China Resources Group, and relevant leaders of Longgang District, Shenzhen attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
