This indicates that the mid-level process of China's semiconductor manufacturing has advanced to the world's most advanced mass production process technology industrial chain. SMIC Semiconductor is the first domestic 12-inch mid-level silicon wafer manufacturing project jointly invested and built by SMIC, Changdian Technology, National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, and Qualcomm.
