From April 1st to 3rd, 2019, members of the Integrated Circuit Materials Technology Innovation Alliance ( ICMtia )signed up to participate in the “Standard Preparation and Review and TCS Software Practice” training courses held by the Quality and Standardization Office of China Standard Press in Suzhou.
The standardization staff from Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Jianghua Microelectronics Materials Co., Ltd., Shanghai GenTech Co., Ltd., Suzhou Crystal Clear Chemical Co., Ltd (SCCC), Wuxi Zhongwei Mask Electronics Co., Ltd., Darbond Technology Co., Ltd., and Sinochem Lantian Group Co., Ltd. participated this training courses.
The training courses covers the introduction of standardization related policies, the establishment of standard systems and strategy introduction, the standard writing regulation series national standard interpretation and case analysis, the standard technical review points and case analysis, the standard writing software TCS operation application, etc., which provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for their further standardization work.
