The Secretariat is the executive body of the Alliance, which is responsible for executing the work plan of the Alliance; the secretariat work for the Alliance Council and Technical Committee; making annual work plan and compiling sum-up of the Alliance; organizing and managing the projects and activities of the Alliance; drafting and preparing for the Alliance documents; keeping in touch with Alliance members for routine work; and other tasks assigned by the superior departments.
