On March 18-20, 2014, the annual semiconductor industry event SemiconChina2014 was held in Shanghai. The Materials Alliance cooperated with SEMI in this international exhibition to set up the “Integrated Zone of Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance” to organize the members of the alliance to participate in the exhibition. The activity better demonstrated the overall image of the material industry and enhanced the influence of the material alliance in the industry. This is also the first time that domestic integrated circuit materials companies have participated in international large-scale events with the overall image of the material alliance. During the period, Liang Sheng, Director of the National 02 Special Implementation Management Office, Ye Xianchun, the head of the 02-wide overall expert group, and Academician Wang Wei, the deputy head of the group, visited the booth of the Alliance and visited the participating companies in the Alliance.
